About Explico®

Mission, vision, and the Intelligent Assistant (IA)

Explico® is enterprise software for deterministic, hallucination-resistant intelligent assistance—precision prompts, Subject Matter Expert (SME)–governed knowledge, and answers you can trace to a source—or an honest decline when certainty is not available.

Mission

Explico® Development builds secure systems where declining beats guessing. Our Intelligent Assistant (IA) explains what curated records say: deterministic routing, versioned knowledge packs, and audit-friendly behavior for teams that cannot afford confident wrong answers.

This site, www.explico.app, hosts an invite-only trial evaluation of Research and Flex dialogue— including a public-domain 1911 Encyclopædia Britannica corpus under historical notices. It is a demo environment with daily limits, not production legal advice or a general-purpose chatbot.

Vision

We envision regulated and security-conscious organizations using zero-trust AI architecture: verify every request, segregate tenant data, default hard-stop egress on the query path, and treat optional generative synthesis as labeled, cited, and consent-governed—not as silent truth.

Legal research for United States enterprises is our first production domain; the same engineering discipline—SME consensus, release gates, bitemporal currency, ethical walls—extends as we add domains and deployment options (shared SaaS and dedicated appliance).

Why Intelligent Assistant (IA), not generic chat

Intelligent Assistant (IA) signals a scoped specialist: structured fields, clarification trees, Tier 1 deterministic lookup, threshold-governed similarity, and—where entitled—secure RAG with explicit citations. Users get governed research, not open-ended improvisation marketed as fact.

  • Deterministic AI and repeatable answers for well-formed questions
  • Hallucination-resistant routing with borderline declines and SME-reviewed packs
  • Data sovereignty and tenant isolation as first-class design constraints
  • ISO 42001–aligned risk controls and human oversight in the release path
  • Secure RAG pipeline options behind license bounds and per-matter consent
